Return & Replacement Policy

At Matriarch & Maiden Collective, every product is handcrafted in small batches with great care. Because of the personal-use nature of skincare, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items for any reason once they have left our studio.

Melted Products

By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a natural product that may be affected by temperature changes during transit.
Although we take every possible precaution—such as adding ice packs during summer months, and using insulated packaging—melting can still occur.

Melted products are safe, effective, and fully usable, and melting does not impact the quality or benefits of the product.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for melted products. Simply put the product in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to solidify tallow.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Due to the nature of skincare, products cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our facility. This policy ensures the highest safety, purity, and quality standards for every customer.
