Our products are made with natural ingredients and contain no stabilizers or fillers. Because of this, they may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. While we take precautions such as shipping products frozen, adding extra insulation, and using ice packs during warmer months, melting can still occur. Melting does not affect the quality, effectiveness, or safety of the product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that temperature changes during shipping are a natural risk and melted products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Simply put them in your refrigerator for 15 minutes to solidify your tallow product.
